Frequently asked questions
How do I find a meeting time across time zones?
Enter the organizer’s IANA time zone, participant zones, a local date range, shared availability hours and meeting length. The planner checks real instants against local work windows, including date changes and daylight-saving offsets.
Does this connect to my calendar?
No. All calculations run in your browser. The planner does not sign in, read calendars, upload your schedule or save your choices.
Does it check Google Calendar or Outlook availability?
No. It compares the same hours you enter for each time zone. It cannot see anyone’s appointments, holidays, working weekdays or personal preferences.
Does it account for daylight saving time?
It uses the browser’s IANA time-zone database to convert each candidate instant. A database may be out of date; verify important meeting times with participants.
Can I add the suggested meeting to a calendar?
Download an ICS event for a selected slot and import it yourself. The tool does not connect to or modify any calendar.
