Frequently asked questions

How do I validate Schema.org markup?

Paste a JSON-LD object or graph and validate it. The checker reports invalid JSON and flags terms not found in its pinned Schema.org vocabulary. It does not evaluate every JSON-LD feature or test a page in Google.

Is my structured data uploaded?

No. Your pasted markup is checked in this browser. A compact Schema.org vocabulary file is loaded from UsefulVerse only when you run the check; the markup itself is never sent.

Does a valid result guarantee a Google rich result?

No. This tool checks JSON syntax and vocabulary terms, not Google feature requirements or eligibility. Google may choose not to show a rich result even when markup is valid.

Does the validator download remote contexts or my page?

No. It never fetches user-provided URLs or remote @context files. It loads only its version-pinned vocabulary asset from UsefulVerse after you start validation.
