How Suguru works
A region with five cells must contain 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 once each. A number cannot touch the same number horizontally, vertically or diagonally.
Suguru rules and controls
Select a cell and enter a number with the on-screen controls or keyboard. Notes help track candidates. The local solver verifies that generated puzzles have one solution; a daily seed gives everyone the same daily board on the same date.
Suguru puzzle questions

Suguru is a logic puzzle divided into connected regions. A region with N cells contains each number from 1 to N once.
Can equal numbers touch diagonally?
No. Two equal numbers may not touch horizontally, vertically or diagonally, even when they are in different regions.
Is each generated puzzle unique?
The local generator counts solutions before accepting a puzzle and keeps it only when exactly one solution is found.
Where is my game saved?
Your current board and local statistics are saved in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded.
Puzzle and device notes
The 5×5 and 10×10 boards are generated locally. The 10×10 generator can take longer on older phones; use a computer for a more comfortable grid. This is a practice tool, not a source of published puzzle collections.
