Create or update trip

A trip can cover up to 366 days and 250 stops. Each stop must start and finish on the same day. Times are kept exactly as entered and are not converted between time zones. Add a time zone in a note if you need a reminder. Overnight stops are not supported; split them into separate days.

Activity or booking name

Only add details you are comfortable keeping in this browser or exporting to a calendar. Do not enter payment-card numbers or account passwords.

No account or cloud sync. Saving is optional and starts only after you choose it. Turning it off removes the saved browser copy but keeps the current tab plan.

      Are my travel plans uploaded or saved automatically?

      No. This itinerary is created in your browser and is not uploaded to a travel service. It stays in this tab unless you explicitly enable saving in this browser or download a backup. Browser storage is not encrypted; avoid putting sensitive access codes in notes on a shared device.

      Can this itinerary planner book flights, hotels or restaurant tables?

      No. It organizes details you enter manually and does not connect to booking providers, check availability, buy tickets or send reservations.

      Does the .ics file convert times to the destination time zone?

      No. Event times are exported as floating local times exactly as entered. Confirm the destination time zone and calendar-app behavior before relying on reminders. The planner does not estimate travel duration between places.
