Is my Markdown uploaded or saved?
No upload or account is used. Optional autosave stores your draft in this browser on this device. Turn autosave off or choose Clear to remove the saved draft.
Does this Markdown editor support tables and checklists?
Yes. The toolbar inserts a Markdown table, a task list, headings, emphasis, links, code, quotes and regular lists. You can also type Markdown directly.
Is the live Markdown preview safe?
The preview uses a local parser and sanitizer loaded only when you open it. Scripts, forms, embedded media and links are disabled inside a sandbox. The preview does not upload your text.
Where is my Markdown draft saved?
Only in local storage in this browser on this device, and only while the optional autosave setting is on. Turn it off or choose Clear to remove the saved copy. Do not enable it on a shared device for sensitive text.
